I’m Monika Pelz, a certified yoga instructor and corporate wellness facilitator based in Calgary. I specialize in creating calm, supportive, and beginner-friendly yoga experiences for corporate offices and professional environments.

My approach is gentle, inclusive, and grounded. I focus less on how poses look and more on how they feel, supporting nervous system regulation, breath awareness, and embodied presence. This makes my sessions especially suitable for workplaces where participants may be new to yoga or managing high levels of stress.

I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Deggendorf University of Applied Sciences (Germany) and bring years of international work experience across diverse professional settings. This background allows me to understand workplace dynamics, organizational needs, and the importance of clear structure, reliability, and respect for time, while offering wellness experiences that are thoughtful, professional, and deeply human.

In my sessions, I focus on creating a supportive space where people can simply arrive as they are. I guide with gentleness, clear structure, and respect for individual boundaries, so participants feel safe, included, and at ease, even if it’s their very first yoga or meditation experience.

With years of experience teaching groups in different settings, and a background in business and international work, I understand the realities of professional environments. I value reliability, clear communication, and thoughtful preparation, and I bring that same care into every session I facilitate.

 

At the heart of my work is a simple intention: to offer moments of presence, breathing room, and genuine connection so people leave feeling more grounded, supported, and able to meet their work and lives with a little more ease.
